understand you may have changed your mind so we made it easy for you. Please
contact us as Info@ChicHandbags.com
to begin the return process. In your e-mail include the reason for returning
your purchase. You will then recieve via e-mail a Return Authorization Number
that must be included when making a return or exchange. Item must be returned
with in 72 hours from recieving date. Chic Handbags.com will not accept
any items received after 7 business days from the begining of the return
process. We recommend you follow our instructions accordingly. ALL returns must be returned with it's original packaging. Dust bag and authenticity card must be in perfect order with your return. No returns will be processed with missing or damaged contens. Otherwise, all returns will be shipped back to you at your expense. It's important to remember that all shipping costs of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser in addition to a 10% restocking fee. |
